Lead field crews, manage jobsite operations, and help ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Responsibilities include:
Leading construction crews
Managing daily production on job sites
Ensuring safety and quality standards are met
Coordinating materials and equipment
CDL Driver / Equipment
Operator
Transport equipment and materials while supporting construction crews and helping maintain safe, organized jobsite logistics.
Responsibilities include:
Operating company trucks and trailers
Transporting materials and equipment
Operating skid steers and compact equipment
Supporting jobsite organization and safety
Office Administrative
Assistant
Support day-to-day company operations by helping organize office systems, documents, communication, and scheduling.
Responsibilities include:
Managing office communications
Organizing documents and records
Supporting scheduling and operations
Assisting with administrative tasks
Field Coordinator & Communication Specialist
Help keep jobs running smoothly by coordinating schedules, supporting communication between clients and crews, tracking materials and deliveries, and helping ensure projects stay organized and on track.
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinating daily job schedules
- Communicating with clients and crews
- Tracking materials, deliveries, and job needs
- Supporting the field supervisor and team
- Identifying issues early and helping resolve them
